How are ShopSynco plans billed?
Plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly, six-monthly, yearly or two-yearly — and longer periods carry a prepaid discount. Applicable taxes such as GST are added as the law requires.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date, which you can do yourself from billing settings in the dashboard.
Are there transaction fees?
A ShopSynco platform transaction fee applies to each completed order and varies by plan, and your payment gateway charges its own fee on online payments. The current rates are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down between plans without losing your store data, and you can add individual capabilities from the Feature Store rather than upgrading the whole plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, including for unused time on a longer prepaid period. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the paid period ends. The full position is in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a subscription lapses, the storefront and dashboard are deactivated until you re-subscribe. Your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy rather than deleted the moment a payment is missed.
